What page number formats are available?

You can use: 1, 2, 3 (numbers only), Page 1, Page 2 (with "Page" prefix), Page 1 of 10 (with total count), i, ii, iii (Roman numerals lowercase), I, II, III (Roman numerals uppercase), or 1/10 (fraction format).

Can I start numbering from a specific page?
